Not much is known about Norman's appearance, but he is mentioned being young.
Norman is most likely a responsible person, as the Vice-Leader of the League. He is greatly concerned with the status of all Blazers in the world.
At some point Norman became the Vice-Leader of the League of Mage-Knight Nations, with Arthur Bright acting as the Leader.
Several years ago, Norman arranged the cover up of the La Croix Sanglant, where an entire village was murdered by the 10-year-old Or-Gaule. Norman feared what kind of an effect the incident could have on the social positions of all Blazers.
Norman orders Iris Ascarid to go to Vermillion to deal with a situation caused by Or-Gaule. He also lends one of his Divine Gate knives to her. He then arranges reinforcement consisting of a million people to be mobilized. After the announcement of a representative battle between Vermillion and Cradleland, Norman was convinced by Nene Saikyo on agreeing on the terms of the agreement. But Norman has devised a plan which in case Vermillion loses the representatvive battle, Iris will use one of Noman's knives to teleport a large number of forces to apprehend Or-Gaule and his allies. However, a quarter of the army is destroyed by Naseem Al-Salem during the night before the representative battle starts.
