Not much is known about Norman's appearance, but he is mentioned being youthful looking.
Norman is most likely a responsible person, as the Vice-Leader of the League. He is greatly concerned with the status of all Blazers in the world.
At some point Norman became the Vice-Leader of the League of Mage-Knight Nations, with Arthur Bright acting as the Leader.
Many years ago, Norman helped in the covering up of the La Croix Sanglant, where an entire village was murdered by the 10-year-old Or-Gaule. Norman feared what kind of an effect the incident could have on the social positions of all Blazers.

After the announcement of a tournament between Vermillion and Cradleland, by Lunaeyes and Or-Gaule, Norman was convinced by Nene Saikyo on agreeing on the terms of the agreement, which he did, leaving the matter to Cradleland and Vermillion.
Fight Under the Moon Edit
Despte agreeing to the tournament, Norman still sent multiple League soldiers, 7 thousand to be exact, to guard the border around Cradleland. In case Team Vermillion loses the tournament, Ascarid will use one of Noman's knives to teleport a the army to apprehend Or-Guale and his allies. However, a quarter of the army is destroyed by Naseem Al-Salem, one of Or-Gaule's allies.
Teleportation: Norman's ability as a Blazers, is the ability of teleportation through his Device.
Keen Intellect: Norman is the Vice-Leader of the League and plans a large number of their operations.
Divine Gate: Norman's Device takes the form of 777 small knives, that resemble keys.
- Teleportation: Divine Gate has the greatest teleporting ability in the world. It can instantly teleport the user from one knife's location to another's.
